Jobs From Yaad and Abroad LLC was born from a simple belief: finding meaningful work should not feel impossible just because opportunity is difficult to access.

The idea began after our founder, Xavijuana-Faith Ossai, graduated from university and experienced firsthand how challenging it could be to find employment. Instead of waiting for opportunities to appear, she began actively searching for local job openings, sharing them with others, and helping people connect with employers.

What started as a personal initiative quickly grew into something larger.

As Xavijuana-Faith traveled and built relationships in different communities, she intentionally developed networks that could connect job seekers with opportunities beyond their immediate surroundings. Through those relationships, she was able to help candidates secure employment opportunities in places including Antigua and Canada.

Those early experiences became the foundation for Jobs From Yaad and Abroad.

Today, Jobs From Yaad and Abroad LLC is a Virginia-based international recruitment company focused on helping employers connect with qualified international candidates while helping job seekers access legitimate employment and cultural-exchange opportunities.

Our work includes candidate sourcing, preliminary screening, interview coordination, document organization, employer-candidate communication, and pre-employment support. We are developing partnerships across seasonal employment and authorized international exchange programs, with an initial recruitment focus on Jamaica and plans to expand responsibly into additional markets.

At the heart of our company is something that has been there from the beginning: people helping people move forward.

We believe talent exists everywhere. Sometimes, what is missing is simply the connection between the person who is ready to work and the employer who needs them.
